As dog lovers with a golden retriever of our own, we know how lovely it is to enjoy a holiday together. Pets are welcome at both La Camarilla and Tio Augustin. Enjoy the outdoors, peaceful surroundings and walks in the area together.
The supplement is €5 per pet per day. Please tell us how many pets you will bring when enquiring about your stay.
To keep the houses pleasant for everyone, please keep pets off beds and sofas and out of the swimming pool.
Plan a stay with your petOur property manager Thomas welcomes you personally, shows you around and shares local tips. He is available for questions and help during your stay. Our gardener cleans the pool every day.

The Tabernas area also attracts motorcycling enthusiasts. Guided enduro and off-road rides are available, while Circuito de Almería is a destination for track days. Follow an active day with a relaxing swim in your private pool.

Bring your clubs and explore the region’s golf courses. Valle del Este near Vera has an 18-hole course. At Desert Springs, the Indiana Course is set in a striking desert landscape. A lovely addition to a longer stay.
Reserve your tee time directly with the club and ask about current green fees and equipment hire.

Sometimes you find a place that makes you want to stay. For us, it was here, among the mountains near Sorbas.
In September 2024, we took over this special place from the previous owner, who had been welcoming guests for more than ten years. The peace, the sounds of nature and the sunrises between the mountains immediately captured our hearts. It felt like a little paradise — a feeling we love sharing with our guests.
Through Hidden Andalusia, we invite you to enjoy peaceful, authentic Andalusia. La Camarilla and Tio Augustin each have their own character, private entrance and private pool. A place to eat outdoors together, read a book or return to after a day of exploring.
Family and our much loved golden retriever are important to us. We want guests travelling with children or a dog to feel welcome too. Questions about the house, a longer stay or the area? We are happy to help personally, so you can start your holiday well prepared.
